My parcel has been shipped! How many time I have to wait now?

• Estimated delivery in France: 1-5 business days after shipping.
• Estimated delivery for the rest of the world: 5-20 business days after shipping.
These are indicative deadlines, please consider that in festive period, it can take longer.

Can you tell me more about shipping?

Your order will be shipped within 6 business days of receipt. Ceramics (except very small and flat ones like jewelry) are sent separately most of the time, so you may have to pay two shipping fees depending on what you order.
For certain destinations, you can choose to have Mondial Relay deliver to a relay point.

Indicative prices for processing and shipping:

Outre-mer: from 4,30€ to 24,10€ // free above 100€
Rest of the world: from 8,20€ to 26,30€

Outre-mer: from 16,30€ to 42,70€
European Union + UK: from 12,40€ to 23,80€
Rest of the world*: from 22,15€ to 57,70€

*For several reasons, I can't ship parcels to these countries right now: Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Niger, Norway, New Zealand, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Yemen. This list may change during the year.

What type of packaging do you use and where are made your products?

Your order will be protected with recyclable packaging, but it’s possible that I use plastic for products that needs more protection like an original artwork or pottery.

Almost all of the products of the shop are made in Europe and it's always specified in the page of the product.

How to take care and use my ceramics?

The ceramics that I sell are all made with stoneware or porcelain and are food safe and microwave safe. You can put them in the dishwasher, but I would recommend to wash them by hand, and to not get greasy things on non-glaze parts. Of course don't throw them on the floor, I think everything should be okay.

Do you take custom ceramic orders or artwork commissions?

Oh no!! I missed the ceramic update, will you sell the same kind of ceramic again and when will be the next?

Ceramics are handmade and as I like to experiment, it's never sure that I will make again the same thing. To not miss anything, you can subscribe to the newsletter but I always make a post and stories on instagram and twitter to tell you when the next update will be.

Can I find your products in any physical shops?

Yes, the only place you can find some of them right now is at Fichtre Diantre, 17 Rue Massillon, 16000 Angoulême, France.
